My name is Charles Williams, and I’m honored that you’re here. I’ve spent nearly two decades in education, serving as a teacher, principal, and district leader across diverse communities. I'm also the host of The Counter Narrative Podcast, a certified Dare to Lead™ practitioner, and the author of "Small Habits, Big Impact" and "Inside the Principal's Office".

Throughout my journey, one thing has remained clear: leadership shouldn’t come at the cost of your well-being or authenticity. I created CW Consulting to help leaders - whether you hold a formal title or simply lead by example - build sustainable practices rooted in Clarity, Capacity, and Care. My approach is grounded in the continuous cycle to Learn, Grow, and Lead, because I believe real leadership is an ongoing process of reflection, growth, and impact.
